With more than 30 years in the golf industry, Scott is a golf pro who ensures course operations, lessons, tournaments, and more run with Four Diamond service and excellence. Guests will see Scott out teaching lessons, running tournaments, consulting with vendors and greenskeepers, assisting in the pro shop and more.
A PGA member since 1987, Bill brings more than 30 years of professional golf experience to Pechanga. His lifelong love of the game started at the age of 8. Since then he has dedicated himself to the craft, passionate about sharing his love of the sport with others. Bill teaches, runs day to day operations, plans tournaments and oversees operations of the Journey at Pechanga pro shop.
With more than 30 years of golf experience, Randy Chang, Director of Instruction for Journey at Pechanga, oversees six programs taught at Journey at Pechanga golf course. These include individual lessons, group lessons, junior performance program, the junior golf academy and Tiny Tees and the online golf academy. He has been recognized by the PGA with numerous golf industry awards such as SCPGA Section Teacher of the Year, SCPGA Metro Teacher of the Year, GRAA Growth of the Game award, and named one of the Top 50 golf instructors in the U.S. by Golf Tips magazine.
Most teens attend high school and play sports or music. Michael attended school, but also began working in golf full time at the age of 15. He moved to Temecula at 18 to attend the Professional Golfers Career College. This opened doors for him at courses around Southern California. With experience coordinating PGA and LGPA events, as well as his managerial and teaching experience, Michael brings his expertise to Pechanga.
Ashley H Tang, LPGA Education Program Level II certified, brings her extensive work and education in health studies to her role at Journey at Pechanga. Guests will find Ashley assisting them in the golf shop, and on the course teaching lessons. She has a vast passion for golf and she looks forward to working with anyone who would like to advance their golf playing skills.
Isaac Morgan has been playing golf for 20 years. He began his journey in the golf industry in 2009 and never looked back. He graduated with a Golf Management Business degree from the Professional Golfers Career College, and went on to work at regional courses and teach new player. You can find him at Journey at Pechanga in the golf shop and providing lessons. Isaac is a PGA apprentice and working toward his official golf certification.
