Chef Marlene Moore
You will find few more versatile chefs than Marlene Moore, who epitomizes the word “temptation” with her award-winning chili, her fried chicken recipe that draws crowds to Pechanga and her unique, open-faced ice cream sandwiches that were mentioned in USA Today. A native of Trinidad & Tobago, Moore earned her culinary chops catering for a variety of groups that included Fortune 500 executives and politicians in and around Washington, D.C.
In her current position as the head chef for Temptations Food Walk, Pechanga’s international food court, Moore displays her versatility and creativity on everything from her signature fried chicken to Mexican, Asian and Italian delights. And Moore’s skills travel equally as well. Her Southern Hearty Style Chili earned her back-to-back Chili Queen honors at the Pechanga Resort Casino Microbrew Festival.
