WIN\LOSS STATEMENT
Win/ Loss Statement Process:
- Requesting Club Member Must Complete a Win/ Loss Request Form
- Send the Completed Form back to the Club at Pechanga one of three ways:

- a. Mail
- b. Fax
- c. In Person
- Once the completed form is received by the Club at Pechanga, please allow up to
ten business days to receive your statement.
- Although, you can get your Win/ Loss statement printed instantly
in person by visiting any Club at Pechanga booths
- E-mailed win/ loss statements are not available
