ABOUT SPA PECHANGA
The Spa is located in a tranquil setting on the third floor of the hotel. We are
open Monday through Thursday and holidays 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Friday through Sunday
8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Spa Services include complimentary use of all Spa facilities
including lockers, robe and slippers, vanity amenities, use of steam room and fitness
center.

ARRIVAL
We encourage you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment
time to utilize the facilities, shower and prepare for your treatment. With respect
to the next guest, if you arrive late, your treatment will conclude on schedule.
We respect the rights of all our guests to enjoy the ultimate spa experience by
following these principles of Spa Courtesy.
- Cellular phones, pagers and smoking are prohibited.
- Children receiving a service are welcome in the salon. Children 17 years and younger
however are not permitted in the rest of the Spa facility.
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the Spa and not recommended immediately before
or after a treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments are guaranteed with a credit card. As a courtesy to all, we ask that
you give us a 4 hour notice should you require a change in treatment, time, or wish
to cancel. Without this advance notification the full fee will be charged.
GRATUITIES
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion
as these are not included in the price.
FITNESS CENTER
Our fitness center offers a challenging array of equipment for
your training session, including 6 cardio machines, a full flex free
weight system and a multitude of muscle specific machines.
Standard gym attire is required including closed toe tennis
shoes. Children 17 years and younger are not permitted in the
fitness center.
