ADMINISTRATION (Marketing, IT, HR/TM, Finance)
There is more than meets the eye when it comes to operating a premiere gaming operation and resort like Pechanga. It takes the support of several departments to attract guests to the property, take care of our endless technology and even care for Pechanga’s own team members.
These functions, among many other administrative duties are handled by Pechanga’s Administration, which includes the Marketing, IT, Finance and Human Resources departments. Each of the Administrative departments work behind the scenes in partnership with Operations to make sure our guests are happy and that everything runs smoothly.
In line with Pechanga’s focus on being an industry leader, the Administrative departments also lead in their respective industries.
• Marketing sets the bar high with their creative marketing campaigns, popular gaming promotions and special events for our players.
• Information Technology makes it possible for us to have the newest equipment in place by implementing cutting edge technology and enhancing the guest experience.
• Unlike most HR departments that simply hire and fire, we develop talent, from identifying potential to shaping our team members into dynamic professionals leading the gaming industry.
• The Finance department serves as a check and balance to the operation, managing nearly a billion dollars of profit annually. Their jobs are more intense than you may think -- they process millions of transactions monthly and are constantly forecasting to an ever-changing business and adapting accordingly.
