Kenneth Haselwood is a California Native Chef built for speed. More than 17 years
refining his culinary skills on the job has made him one of the foremost authorities
on producing first class international cuisines quickly for the Pechanga Resort
and Casino since 2003. Efficiency might be one of his expectations , but ultimately
he desires to please the guests at Kelsey’s giving them an unmatched experience.
Before becoming the Kelsey’s Chef, Haselwood worked at lightning speeds for the
demand of the Temptations Food Court,
Pechanga Café and Room Service. His experiences with all the various restaurants
at Pechanga has greatly expanded his culinary abilities in preparation and presentation.
He now concentrates on Kelsey’s allowing him the opportunity to create memorable
California Style Cuisine with emphasis on BBQ and Classic creations.
Chef Haselwood has a passion cooking, utilizing new techniques and the ability to
push the envelope on quality food. Besides developing the finest dishes, Haselwood
