AN UPDATE FOR OUR CLUB MEMBERS
As a follow-up to our previous communications regarding the temporary closure due to COVID-19, we have an update for you. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we make adjustments during this fast-changing situation. Please see the information below.
Club Status & Offers
- We will be retaining all players’ Club Status until the end of year – December 31, 2020.
- Any expiring Club Dollar balances will be extended to May 1, 2020.
- Any weekly EasyPlay/U-Spin and EasyDine offers will expire on the original date as published. Be on the lookout for a Bonus Offer once we reopen.
- Guests who qualified for the following EasyPlay promotions: March Social Deal, The Mask/Karate Kid Slot Promotion, or Birthday Promotion will be extended to the end of May 2020 – pending how the situation transpires.
- We will honor the March or April Hotel Offer level, whichever is better, when the temporary closure has been lifted. Please note that previous offers cannot be combined with future offers.
Events & Promotions
- All upcoming entertainment, promotional, and gifting events have been postponed. Please note that future offers will be based on previous rate of play and that the temporary closure will not affect qualifications. New event dates are currently to be determined.
- Our Motor Coach/Bus program is currently suspended during the temporary closure. Please note that we will resume reservations pending how the situation transpires.
Additional Club Information
- No pin number changes will be allowed over the phone.
