Health & Safety at Pechanga Resort Casino

Masks are not required, however, guests are welcome to wear approved facial masks as they choose. Complimentary disposable masks are available to all casino and hotel guests at each Pechanga entrance. Please ask a safety officer to provide you with one.
Face coverings with valves, vents, bandanas and gaiters are not approved facial coverings in accordance with CDC guidelines.

All of Pechanga’s common areas and high traffic areas such as hotel lobby, elevators, escalators, slot machines and other areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized around the clock. Our specialized environmental services staff use only hospital grade cleansers and disinfectants.

Following a guest’s departure, each room is methodically cleaned, sanitized and disinfected using hospital grade cleansers that meet EPA standards. All linens are laundered at a temperature of 165° Fahrenheit. The World Health Organization recommends water temperatures above 140° Fahrenheit to kill viruses.

Valet service is not offered at this time. Complimentary self parking is available in the North Garage off North Casino Drive, or in the East Garage off of Pechanga Resort Drive.
