Rewards On Another Level

The Tier Status Match program allows members of Venetian Rewards to match their tier status to an equivalent tier at Pechanga Rewards. This program is designed to reward loyal players at both properties and enhance their experience.

To qualify for the Tier Status Match program, participants must meet the following criteria:

• Be an active member of Venetian Rewards
• Be 21 years or older
• Not be prohibited from gaming or entering Pechanga Resort & Casino by law, nor be enrolled in any self-exclusion or self-limit programs

The Tier Status Match program applies only to benefits (e.g., perks like accelerated point earning), and not to gaming offers (e.g., weekly EasyPlay®). The equivalent tier benefits will be granted based on the following Venetian-to-Pechanga equivalency:

• Diamond (Venetian) → Red Card (Pechanga)
• Ruby (Venetian) → Platinum Card (Pechanga)
• Sapphire (Venetian) → Gold Card (Pechanga)

Pechanga Jade Card members will be matched to the highest Venetian tier: Diamond.

Guests must complete the following steps to request a Tier Status Match:

• Visit the Pechanga Rewards Desk in person to request the match.
• Present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver's license, passport) and a current Venetian Rewards card.
• A Pechanga Rewards Team Member will verify the guest’s tier status and apply the equivalent benefits.

Note: Screenshots or photos of the Venetian Rewards card will not be accepted.

• The matched tier status will be valid for 12 months or until the end of the following Tier Cycle.
• The Tier Status Match is non-transferable and is valid only for the individual who requested the match.
