Pechanga Events Postponed

Pechanga stands with the community, state and nation in heeding the advice of Riverside County public health officials and the Governor in doing what we can to slow the spread of COVID-19. The safety of our guests and Team Member family is always our first priority.

Pechanga Resort Casino is temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to protect our community. Accordingly, we have postponed major upcoming shows at Pechanga Resort Casino through the end of April which include concerts by Ana Gabriel (March 13), Pitbull (March 15), Chicago (March 15), The Spring Fling $100,000 Must Go! Bingo Event (3/22), Johnny Mathis (April 4), Bell Biv Devoe (April 5), T.K.O. (April 11) and the Sushi & Sake Festival (April 18). In addition, the stage performance of Beauty & the Beast (May 9-10) is being moved by the theater company to a later date. Several of these artists have booked new dates in the summer at Pechanga, and more will be rescheduling soon.

Guests who purchased tickets to these shows are encouraged to hold onto their tickets for the performers who reschedule future performance dates. These tickets will be honored for the new dates. The only exception to this is the Pechanga Sushi & Sake Festival for which ticket holders will need to exchange existing tickets for new ones.

We regret to let you know that Ticketmaster is not allowing refunds for postponed shows.

If you purchased tickets over the phone or in person at the Pechanga Box Office, please send an email to to request your refund until March 31. We can accommodate guests who purchased tickets via credit card. If you purchased with cash, we ask that you please be patient and wait until we reopen so we may process your refund. All refund requests after March 31 will be processed upon Pechanga’s reopen. Thank you for your understanding.
