Consistent with the State of California’s requirements for indoor gatherings of 1,000 or more people, Pechanga requires all concert attendees to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. COVID tests must be taken within 24 hours of the event for Rapid Antigen Tests, or within 48 hours of the event time/date for PCR tests. A matching photo ID is required. Concert guests must also wear masks during Pechanga shows, except while eating or drinking.

Facemasks and Personal Protective Equipment
Pechanga is requiring concert attendees to wear a facemask during the event. Types of masks not allowed include bandanas, neck gaiters, masks with vents or valves, balaclavas or other cold weather coverings. Thank you for understanding as we strive to keep our Team Members and Guests safe.
The main concert and show venues at Pechanga Resort Casino include the Summit Events Center and the Pechanga Theater. Tickets for each venue will be sold to a capacity which includes 3,000 for the Summit and 1,200 for the Pechanga Theater.

Cashless Box Office Payments
We continue our commitment to our Pechanga Cares health and well-being pledge. The Pechanga Box Office is fully cash-free. Guests may use debit and credit cards, including credit card insertion, tap and mobile payment methods. This further ensures a safe and prompt check out. Cash payments are not accepted.
Guests may use the mobile pedestals at venue entrances to quickly scan their event tickets before entry.
Guests may use comps on their Pechanga Club cards to purchase Box Office tickets.
All guests attending Pechanga ticketed events automatically consent to a COVID-19 Release of Liability Waiver. This may be found in the Terms and Conditions link at pechanga.com/box-office.
High Touchpoint Cleaning and Disinfecting
The Pechanga Cares cleanliness team is dispatched to thoroughly clean each entertainment venue before and after an event. The team cleans and disinfects counters, payment devices, baskets and tables at the security checkpoint, elevator buttons, door handles and any other high touch area. Venue seats and armrests also receive electrostatic disinfection prior to event times.
Public restrooms at Pechanga are cleaned and sanitized regularly by Pechanga Cares teams dedicated to one restroom for the duration of their shifts.
- An increased number of contactless hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venues’ entrances and inside.
- Guests will be asked to leave orderly in sections to reduce clogging of egress areas.
- Social distancing will be enforced at any queuing areas such as bars and artist merchandise stations.

Tickets purchased through the Pechanga Box Office may be returned in person or by utilizing the information below. Guests may return tickets up until the time of the show.
