You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall this site, including its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this site had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this site, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to this site or any of the services.
PECHANGA.COM TICKET PURCHASE POLICY
At Pechanga Resort & Casino (“Pechanga”) we strive to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable so we can get you on your way to live events at the Pechanga Showroom as quickly as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. If you have any questions about the information below, please contact us at 877-711-2946 and press #2. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket.
Pechanga.com accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, and Pechanga gift cards.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. If you have experienced an error message, service interruption or did not receive a confirmation, you should not assume that we have also become aware of such problem. Pechanga will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees; Tickets are typically subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee. In many cases, delivery prices will also be owed.
Opening acts or guests may sometimes tour with headlining performers. These opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an opening act is changed or cancelled.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Generally there are no exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. You agree that you will not attempt to eva
