Chef Jordan Garcia
One of the region’s most promising young chefs, Chef Jordan Garcia already has made a name for himself with his creative and popular specials -- many including fresh fish and seafood – and his stellar presentation. These are all hallmarks of what Paisano’s guests can expect from Chef Jordan and his ability to take an ordinary dish and bring it to another level.
A graduate of the Art Institute of San Bernardino’s Culinary Department, Chef Jordan seamlessly migrated from chain restaurants to the Temecula Creek Inn, where he spent three years working his way up to lead cook before moving to Pechanga in 2014. At Pechanga, Chef Jordan has honed his precocious skills under many of the resort casino’s culinary mainstays: Chef Ronnel Capacia while at Kelsey’s, Chef Kiyo Ikeda during a 2 ½-stint as sous chef at Umi Sushi & Oyster Bar and as the chief assistant to Chef Jose Mendoza as the pair opened the Lobby Bar & Grill in late 2017. Through those mentors and his natural talent, Chef Jordan has developed an ability to visualize and create savory dishes that are beyond the ordinary.
